Role with company:

I develop the Facility Management strategy and take accountability for its tactical implementation through managing the services provided at the North America headquarters in Parsippany and all N.A. sales offices. These strategies encompass the sites/amenities and the policies/procedures of both hard and soft services. The services include safety, security, cafeteria services, cleaning services, building maintenance, building cleanliness, mailing services, reception, workplace strategy, space planning, furniture and office refits/reconfigurations, move coordination, and capital projects.

To learn, network, give back, and make friends. IFMA is the premier international facility management organization and as such, I knew it was where I belonged.

Reason for joining the Board:

I want to work in collaboration with other diverse board members to further the mission of NJ IFMA of creating an environment of opportunities by leading, educating, and connecting Facility Management professionals. I am passionate about education and professional development.
