Domaine Wine Storage Tour, Presentation and Wine Tasting

About the event:

Drew Paquin, Senior Director of Facilities and Expansion for Domaine, will provide insights into the niche industry of fine wine storage & services. Founded in 2003, Domaine has grown to serve the wine world by offering a full range of highly valuable specialized services, including:

• Storage in 7 best-in-class warehouses, with over 2.5 million bottles stored, maintaining 55 degrees Fahrenheit and 70% humidity, equipped with backup security & environmental systems
• Advisory services, including home cellar management, collection appraisals, sales, and acquisitions
• Transit services, including domestic/international logistics, import, and local pickup/delivery—all climate-controlled, every step of the way

During the tour, Drew will provide a look at Domaine’s:

• Specialized HVAC equipment and emergency backup systems
• Implementation of layered security & surveillance systems with remote management and monitoring
• Commodity warehousing, inventory control and client-facing WMS

Drew, a hospitality and wine retail veteran joined Domaine in 2012 and has successfully overseen all aspects of operations. His current position is focused on all facilities & expansion and Drew is directly responsible for the facilities systems in both existing, as well as all new Domaine storage locations.
